The Covenant Classical Cavaliers basketball team (Fort Worth, TX), was overwhelmed 57-16 in Saturday's league battle with the host Lubbock Christian Eagles (Lubbock, TX)
The Eagles now possess a 17-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Jacinto Christian Academy for a TAPPS 3A District 1 battle on Tuesday, January 17. Lubbock Christian will confront a Patriots team coming off a 46-22 league win over Temple Christian (Fort Worth, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 16-3.
The Cavaliers (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Lubbock Christian (Lubbock, TX). The Eagles come into the TAPPS 3A District 1 battle with a 17-9 record.
