In Saturday's non-league match, the host Jemez Valley Warriors basketball team scored a good 70-53 triumph over the Hozho Academy Wolves.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Coronado Leopards (Gallina, NM) in a A District 7 match, on Tuesday, January 17. Jemez Valley will attempt to move on its 9-7 season record. The Leopards enter the match with a 2-8 record after their 59-25 non-league loss to Tse' Yi' Gai (Cuba, NM).
