In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Jefferson City Jays basketball team scored a good 41-29 triumph over the Union Wildcats.
In their next game, the Jays meet the Tipton Cardinals (Tipton, MO) in a non-league match, on Monday, January 16. Jefferson City will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record. The Cardinals enter the match with a 14-0 record after their 80-20 league win over Cole Camp (Cole Camp, MO).
With the defeat, Union moves to 4-2 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Owensville (Owensville, MO) to meet the Dutchmen in a Four Rivers match on Monday, February 13. The Dutchmen enter the match with a record of 10-5.
