The Mattanawcook Lynx routed the host Lee Academy Pandas basketball team by a final score of 68-20 in Saturday's league game.
In their next game, the Lynx face the Dexter Tigers (Dexter, ME) in a C North battle, on Tuesday, January 17. Mattanawcook will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record.
The Pandas (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Woodland (Baileyville, ME). The Dragons come into the C North battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Woodland was overwhelmed by Narraguagus (Harrington, ME), 52-42, in a league battle.
