In Saturday's league outing, the Torres Toros (Madera, CA) basketball squad beat the host Sanger West Hornets (Fresno, CA), by a margin of 40-30.
The Toros (12-9) will now prepare for their outing against Madera South (Madera, CA). The Stallions go into the County/Metro outing with a 15-5 record. In their last outing, Madera South defeated Fresno (Fresno, CA), 70-63, in a league outing.
The Hornets now own a 3-16 record. They play next when they travel to Sunnyside for a County/Metro outing on Tuesday, January 17.
