The Wheatland Bulldogs (Wheatland, WY) basketball crushed the visiting South Bison (Cheyenne, WY), 59-31 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Torrington (Torrington, WY). The Trailblazers go into the 3A Southeast test with a 7-2 record. In their last test, Torrington walloped Mitchell (Mitchell, NE), 39-31, in a non-league test.
The Bison now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they travel to Central for a 4A Southeast test on Wednesday, January 18. South will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 61-58 non-league loss to Scottsbluff (Scottsbluff, NE). The Indians record now stands at 8-2.
