With the win, Starr's Mill upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to McIntosh (Peachtree City, GA) to clash with the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 28. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 9-2.

Next up, the Chiefs clash with the East Coweta Indians (Sharpsburg, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. McIntosh will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 36-34 non-league win over Hampton (Hampton, GA).
