The Pontotoc Warriors (Pontotoc, MS) soccer bounced the visiting Mooreville Troopers (Mooreville, MS), 9-0 in Saturday's league bout.
With the win, Pontotoc moves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Itawamba Agricultural (Fulton, MS) to battle the Indians in a 4A Region 2 bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 13-8. Itawamba Agricultural won 7-0 in their recent league bout against South Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS)
