Lakeview Academy Lions (Gainesville, GA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Pinecrest Academy Paladins (Cumming, GA), 50-15 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lakeview Academy upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Lions host George Walton Academy (Monroe, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Paladins play the Lanier Christian Academy Lightning (Flowery Branch, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 27. Pinecrest Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
