Texas High School Soccer - John Paul II can't get by Incarnate Word Academy

In Saturday's league battle, the host Incarnate Word Academy Angels soccer squad scored a close 3-2 win over the John Paul II Guardians.
The Angels (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against New Braunfels Christian Academy (New Braunfels, TX). The Wildcats go into the Division 3 District 4 bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, New Braunfels Christian Academy tipped Holy Cross (San Antonio, TX), 7-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Guardians battle the Our Lady of the Hills Hawks (Kerrville, TX) in a Division 3 District 4 bout, on Monday, January 23. John Paul II will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
