Louisiana High School Basketball - Dunham tipped by Southwood

The Southwood Cowboys basketball team scored 38 points and held the host Dunham Tigers to 36 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Sunday.
The Cowboys now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Airline for a 5A District 1 contest on Tuesday, January 16. Southwood will meet a Vikings team coming off a 57-55 league loss to Natchitoches Central (Natchitoches, LA). The Vikings record now stands at 11-10.
The Tigers (16-7) will now prepare for their contest against Northlake Christian (Covington, LA). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 7-13 record. In their last contest, Northlake Christian was nudged by St. Michael (Baton Rouge, LA), 75-35, in a non-league contest.
