Virginia High School Basketball - Ridgeview sneaks past Abingdon

The Ridgeview Wolfpack (Clintwood, VA) basketball edged the visiting Abingdon Falcons (Abingdon, VA), 54-47 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Wolfpack now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to East Ridge for a non-league bout on Monday, January 20. Ridgeview will play a Warriors team coming off a 0-0 league Pikeville (Pikeville, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, Abingdon falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Falcons host Gate City (Gate City, VA) to play the Blue Devils in a Mountain bout on Friday, January 17. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 3-4.
