Nebraska High School Basketball - Boyd County victorious over Ainsworth

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Boyd County Spartans basketball team scored a good 65-53 triumph over the Ainsworth Bulldogs.

The Spartans (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Chambers/Wheeler Central (Chambers, NE). The Renegades go into the non-league contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Chambers/Wheeler Central was topped by Stuart (Stuart, NE), 63-32, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the O'Neill Eagles (O'Neill, NE) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 16. Ainsworth will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 6-5 record after their 45-41 non-league win over Ponca (Ponca, NE).
