Texas High School Basketball - Aledo knocks off Brewer

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) and the visiting Brewer Bears (Fort Worth, TX), observed Aledo's basketball team overcome Brewer by a margin of 64-56.

The Bearcats (22-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Chisholm Trail (Fort Worth, TX). The Rangers come into the 5A Region I District 5 challenge with a 16-7 record.

In their next game, the Bears battle the Chisholm Trail Rangers (Fort Worth, TX) in a 5A Region I District 5 challenge, on Friday, January 17. Brewer will attempt to better on its 14-13 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 16-7 record after their 53-28 league win over Azle (Azle, TX).
