The Dillon Wildcats basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Aynor Blue Jackets to 48 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now have a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Lake View for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 15. Dillon will confront a Wild Gators team coming off a 38-28 league loss to Latta (Latta, SC). The Wild Gators record now stands at 0-7.

With the loss, Aynor falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Blue jackets host Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC) to confront the Warriors in a AAA Region 5 game on Friday, January 17. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 11-7. Waccamaw lost 63-57 in their recent league game against Loris (Loris, SC)
