With the victory, Roseau upgrades its record to 6-9 on the year. The Rams travel to Kittson Central (Hallock, MN) to meet the Bearcats in a non-league battle on Friday, January 17. The Bearcats enter the battle with a record of 7-4.

The Gators now own a 2-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clearbrook-Gonvick for a A Section 8 battle on Thursday, January 16. Badger/Greenbush-Middle River will meet a Bears squad coming off a 62-59 non-league win over Grygla-Gatzke (Grygla, MN). The Bears record now stands at 8-1.
