Chickasaw Chieftains (Chickasaw, AL) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Bayshore Christian Eagles (Fairhope, AL), 56-47 in a league match.
With the victory, Chickasaw advances its record to 7-9 on the year. The Chieftains travel to Clarke County (Grove Hill, AL) to face the Bulldogs in a 2A Area 1 match on Friday, January 17. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 9-4.
The Eagles now own a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Luke's Episcopal for a 2A Area 1 match on Friday, January 17. Bayshore Christian will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 80-66 league loss to Washington County (Chatom, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-16.
