Next, the Panthers clash with the Forestburg Longhorns (Forestburg, TX) in a 1A Region III District 18 test, on Friday, January 17. Saint Jo will attempt to upgrade on its 13-10 season record. The Longhorns come into the test with a 14-5 record after their 65-45 league win over Midway (Henrietta, TX).

The Eagles (2-16) will now prepare for their test against Prairie Valley (Nocona, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 1A Region III District 18 test with a 2-12 record. In their last test, Prairie Valley was overwhelmed by Gold-Burg (Bowie, TX), 64-56, in a league test.
