Berkner Rams (Richardson, TX) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Richardson Eagles (Richardson, TX), 57-54 in a league match.

With the victory, Berkner advances its record to 16-10 on the year. The Rams host Nimitz (Irving, TX) to face the Vikings in a 6A Region I District 7 match on Friday, January 17. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 5-12. Nimitz lost 65-59 in their recent league match against MacArthur (Irving, TX)

The Eagles now own a 18-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Irving for a 6A Region I District 7 match on Friday, January 17. Richardson will face a Tigers squad coming off a 84-40 league loss to Dallas Jesuit (Dallas, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 10-14.
