Next, the Villains encounter the Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC) in a 1A Northwest Piedmont test, on Thursday, January 16. Bishop McGuinness will attempt to improve on its 10-2 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 12-1 record after their 73-69 league win over Carver (Winston-Salem, NC).

The Bengals (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Winston-Salem Prep (Winston-Salem, NC). The Phoenix come into the 1A Northwest Piedmont test with a 10-1 record. In their last test, Winston-Salem Prep bounced Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC), 54-52, in a league test.
