The Legacy Christian Academy Warriors (Beaumont, TX) basketball were winner over the visiting Briarwood Mustangs (Houston, TX), 48-33 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 23-8 record. They play next when they travel to Brazosport Christian for a TAPPS 2A District 8 bout on Friday, January 17. Legacy Christian Academy will play a Eagles team coming off a 86-48 league loss to O'Connell (Galveston, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, Briarwood falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Brazosport Christian (Lake Jackson, TX) to play the Eagles in a TAPPS 2A District 8 bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-6.
