The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Brinkley Tigers (Brinkley, AR) and the visiting Clarendon Lions (Clarendon, AR), observed Brinkley's basketball team knock off Clarendon by a score of 66-54.

The Tigers (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Dermott (Dermott, AR). The Rams come into the 1A Region 6 challenge with a 13-2 record. In their last challenge, Dermott achieved victory over Monticello (Monticello, AR), 57-51, in a non-league bout.

With the loss, Clarendon falls to 10-6 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Bradford (Bradford, AR) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, January 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 7-13.
