The College View Academy Eagles (Lincoln, NE) basketball edged the visiting Brownell Talbot Raiders (Omaha, NE), 47-41 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Hampton for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 16. College View Academy will play a Hawks team coming off a 59-40 non-league loss to Deshler (Deshler, NE). The Hawks record now stands at 3-8.
With the loss, Brownell Talbot falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Omaha Christian Academy (Omaha, NE) to play the Eagles in a D1 District 2 bout on Friday, January 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Omaha Christian Academy lost 52-37 in their recent league bout against Cornerstone Christian School (Bellevue, NE)
