The Forsyth Country Day Furies (Lewisville, NC) basketball toppled the visiting Calvary Day School Cougars (Winston-Salem, NC), 74-63 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Furies now possess a 19-3 record. They play next when they travel to Wesleyan Christian Academy for a NCISAA Piedmont bout on Thursday, January 16. Forsyth Country Day will play a Trojans team coming off a 61-58 non-league loss to Carmel Christian (Matthews, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 12-7.

With the loss, Calvary Day School falls to 10-9 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Westchester Country Day (High Point, NC) to play the Wildcats in a NCISAA Piedmont bout on Wednesday, January 15. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Westchester Country Day lost 81-19 in their recent league bout against Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC)
