Next, the Indians clash with the Chariton Chargers (Chariton, IA) in a South Central test, on Friday, January 17. Clarke will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 5-4 record after their 73-70 league win over Davis County (Bloomfield, IA).

The Comets (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Knoxville (Knoxville, IA). The Panthers come into the non-league test with a 11-0 record. In their last test, Knoxville bounced Albia (Albia, IA), 73-46, in a league test.
