Kentucky High School Basketball - Somerset triumphant over Casey County

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Somerset Briar Jumpers (Somerset, KY) and the visiting Casey County Rebels (Liberty, KY), observed Somerset's basketball team overwhelm Casey County by a margin of 63-26.
The Briar Jumpers (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Garrard County (Lancaster, KY). The Golden Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Garrard County was trounced by Boyle County (Danville, KY), 55-46, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Rebels battle the Burgin Bulldogs (Burgin, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 17. Casey County will attempt to better on its 0-11 season record.
