The Knights (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Manchester Valley (Manchester, MD). The Mavericks come into the Carroll County challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Manchester Valley prevailed over Francis Scott Key (Union Bridge, MD), 71-38, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Owls battle the Winters Mill Falcons (Westminster, MD) in a Carroll County challenge, on Friday, January 17. Westminster will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 50-49 non-league loss to Brunswick (Brunswick, MD).
