In Tuesday's league contest, the host Clarksville Academy Cougars basketball team scored a big 65-17 triumph over the Mount Juliet Christian Academy Saints.

The Cougars (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Northeast (Clarksville, TN). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 1-12 record. In their last contest, Northeast was trounced by Kirkwood (Clarksville, TN), 65-19, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Saints confront the Davidson Academy Bears (Nashville, TN) in a Division II-A Middle District 4 contest, on Friday, January 17. Mount Juliet Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 3-9 record after their 88-30 league loss to Friendship Christian (Lebanon, TN).
