The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Colfax Bulldogs (Colfax, WA) and the host Upper Columbia Academy Lions (Spangle, WA), observed Colfax's basketball team overwhelm Upper Columbia Academy by a score of 70-27.
The Bulldogs (13-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty (Spangle, WA). The Lancers come into the 2B Bi-County challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Liberty trounced Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls, WA), 54-49, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions encounter the Asotin Panthers (Asotin, WA) in a 2B Bi-County challenge, on Friday, January 17. Upper Columbia Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record.
