The St. Joseph Academy Crusaders basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Del Lago Academy Firebirds to 49 in the Crusaders league triumph on Tuesday.

The Crusaders now have a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to Army-Navy for a Pacific game on Friday, January 17. St. Joseph Academy will confront a Warriors team coming off a 57-52 league loss to Tri-City Christian (Vista, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Del Lago Academy falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Firebirds travel to La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA) to confront the Mavericks in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. The Mavericks go into the game with a record of 9-9.
