The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Tremont Turks (Tremont, IL) and the visiting Flanagan-Cornell Falcons (Flanagan, IL), observed Tremont's basketball team overwhelm Flanagan-Cornell by a score of 94-65.

The Turks (15-2) will now prepare for their challenge against El Paso-Gridley (El Paso, IL). The Titans come into the Heart of Illinois challenge with a 12-4 record. In their last challenge, El Paso-Gridley trounced Heyworth (Heyworth, IL), 68-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Ridgeview Mustangs (Colfax, IL) in a Heart of Illinois challenge, on Friday, January 17. Flanagan-Cornell will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 67-45 non-league win over Cornerstone Christian (Bloomington, IL).
