The Wabeno/Laona Rebels basketball team scored 84 points and limited the host Goodman-Pembine Falcons to 53 in the Rebels league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rebels now have a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Almond-Bancroft for a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. Wabeno/Laona will confront a Eagles team coming off a 60-57 non-league loss to Westfield Area (Westfield, WI). The Eagles record now stands at 9-3.

With the loss, Goodman-Pembine falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Florence (Florence, WI) to confront the Bobcats in a Northern Lakes game on Friday, January 17. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 2-6.
