The Hammond Tornadoes (Hammond, LA) basketball edged the visiting Mandeville Skippers (Mandeville, LA), 46-43 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Tornadoes now possess a 13-5 record. They play next when they travel to Belle Chasse for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 16.
With the loss, Mandeville falls to 15-14 on the campaign. The Skippers host St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, LA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 15. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 8-7.
