Georgia High School Basketball - South Gwinnett overwhelms Heritage

The South Gwinnett Comets basketball team scored 83 points and limited the host Heritage Patriots to 57 in the Comets league triumph on Tuesday.
The Comets now have a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Newton for a AAAAAA Region 4 game on Tuesday, January 21.
With the loss, Heritage falls to 7-9 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Grayson (Loganville, GA) to confront the Rams in a AAAAAA Region 4 game on Thursday, January 16. The Rams go into the game with a record of 16-1. Grayson won 83-38 in their recent league game against Rockdale County (Conyers, GA)
