The Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Labette County (Altamont, KS). The Grizzlies come into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Hiawatha Red Hawks (Hiawatha, KS) in a Big East challenge, on Friday, January 17. Jefferson West will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Red Hawks come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 57-55 league win over Rossville (Rossville, KS).
