Georgia High School Basketball - Rome knocks off Kennesaw Mountain

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Rome Wolves basketball team scored a good 70-53 win over the Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs.
The Wolves (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lithia Springs (Lithia Springs, GA). The Lions come into the AAAAA Region 5 contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Lithia Springs defeated New Manchester (Douglasville, GA), 77-76, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the New Manchester Jaguar (Douglasville, GA) in a AAAAA Region 5 contest, on Friday, January 17. Kennesaw Mountain will attempt to better on its 8-11 season record. The Jaguar come into the contest with a 12-4 record after their 77-76 league loss to Lithia Springs (Lithia Springs, GA).
