The Indians now possess a 16-5 record. They play next when they travel to Santo for a 2A Region II District 11 game on Tuesday, January 21. Lipan will play a Wildcats team coming off a 51-39 league loss to Poolville (Poolville, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-17.

With the loss, Poolville falls to 14-10 on the campaign. The Monarchs host Santo (Santo, TX) to play the Wildcats in a 2A Region II District 11 game on Friday, January 17. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 8-16. Santo won 58-46 in their recent league game against De Leon (De Leon, TX)
