Michigan High School Basketball - Maple Valley routs Reading

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Maple Valley Lions basketball team scored a big 69-42 win over the Reading Rangers.

The Lions (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Bronson (Bronson, MI). The Vikings come into the Big 8 contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Bronson was trounced by Stockbridge (Stockbridge, MI), 70-43, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Rangers battle the Stockbridge Panthers (Stockbridge, MI) in a Big 8 contest, on Thursday, January 16. Reading will attempt to better on its 1-11 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 8-3 record after their 70-43 non-league win over Bronson (Bronson, MI).
