The San Saba Armadillos basketball team scored 38 points and limited the host Mason Punchers to 28 in the Armadillos league triumph on Tuesday.

The Armadillos now have a 8-9 record. They play next when they host Goldthwaite for a 2A Region IV District 29 game on Friday, January 17. San Saba will confront a Eagles team coming off a 88-20 league win over Center Point (Center Point, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 14-6.

With the loss, Mason falls to 3-12 on the campaign. The Punchers travel to Junction (Junction, TX) to confront the Eagles in a 2A Region IV District 29 game on Friday, January 17. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 12-5. Junction won 58-29 in their recent league game against Harper (Harper, TX)
