In Tuesday's league test, the Minot Magicians (Minot, ND) basketball squad defeated the host St. Mary's Central Saints (Bismarck, ND), by a final score of 78-70.
Next, the Magicians clash with the Bismarck Demons (Bismarck, ND) in a AA West test, on Friday, January 17. Minot will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Demons come into the test with a 7-2 record after their 106-55 league win over Williston (Williston, ND).
The Saints (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Dickinson (Dickinson, ND). The Midgets come into the AA West test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Dickinson overcame Minot (Minot, ND), 86-83, in a league test.
