The Neah-Kah-Nie Pirates basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting Riverdale Mavericks to 57 in the Pirates league triumph on Tuesday.

The Pirates now have a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Banks for a 3A Coastal Range game on Thursday, January 16. Neah-Kah-Nie will confront a Braves team coming off a 70-40 league win over Yamhill-Carlton (Yamhill, OR). The Braves record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, Riverdale falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Mavericks host Banks (Banks, OR) to confront the Braves in a 3A Coastal Range game on Monday, January 20. The Braves go into the game with a record of 11-4.
