The Sterling City Eagles basketball squad (Sterling City, TX), was crushed 68-47 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Ozona Lions (Ozona, TX)

With the victory, Ozona advances its record to 10-7 on the year. The Lions travel to Reagan County (Big Lake, TX) to meet the Owls in a 2A Region I District 7 battle on Friday, January 17.
