The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Williamson Lions (Mobile, AL) and the host Rain Red Raiders (Mobile, AL), observed Williamson's basketball team overwhelm Rain by a margin of 81-19.

The Lions (15-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Blount (Eight Mile, AL). The Leopards come into the non-league challenge with a 10-9 record. In their last challenge, Blount was trounced by Theodore (Theodore, AL), 50-30, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Red Raiders battle the UMS-Wright Prep Bulldogs (Mobile, AL) in a 5A Area 1 challenge, on Friday, January 17. Rain will attempt to better on its 1-13 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 13-8 record after their 68-22 league win over Elberta (Elberta, AL).
