The Independence Falcons (Bakersfield, CA) basketball edged the visiting Ridgeview Wolf Pack (Bakersfield, CA), 38-35 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Falcons now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Highland for a bout on Thursday, January 16. Independence will play a Scots team coming off a 32-26 league loss to Bakersfield Christian (Bakersfield, CA). The Scots record now stands at 5-6.
