The Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY) basketball crushed the visiting La Salle Institute Cadets (Troy, NY), 62-40 in Tuesday's league bout.
The now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Catholic Central for a Section 2 Colonial outing on Friday, January 17. Academy of the Holy Names will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 72-52 league win over Albany Academy for Girls (Albany, NY). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-1.
The Cadets (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Albany Academy for Girls (Albany, NY). The Bears enter the Section 2 Colonial outing with a 8-3 record. In their last outing, Albany Academy for Girls was overwhelmed by Catholic Central (Troy, NY), 72-52, in a league outing.
