In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Baldwin-Woodville Blackhawks basketball team scored a good 43-30 triumph over the St. Croix Central Panthers.

The Blackhawks (13-3) will now prepare for their contest against Prescott (Prescott, WI). The Cardinals go into the Middle Border contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Prescott topped Ellsworth (Ellsworth, WI), 51-36, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Panthers confront the Amery Warriors (Amery, WI) in a Middle Border contest, on Friday, January 17. St. Croix Central will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 9-4 record after their 62-37 league win over Altoona (Altoona, WI).
