In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Bishop Carroll Golden Eagles basketball team scored a close 38-33 triumph over the South Titans.
The Golden Eagles (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southeast (Wichita, KS). The Golden Buffalo go into the Greater Wichita City contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Southeast was tipped by East (Wichita, KS), 57-49, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Titans battle the West Pioneers (Wichita, KS) in a Greater Wichita City contest, on Friday, January 17. South will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Pioneers go into the contest with a 0-8 record after their 41-27 league loss to North (Wichita, KS).
