Texas High School Basketball - Blue Ridge knocks off Howe

In Tuesday's league battle, the host Blue Ridge Tigers basketball squad scored a nice 45-33 victory over the Howe Bulldogs.
With the victory, Blue Ridge advances its record to 19-11 on the year. The Tigers travel to S & S Consolidated (Sadler, TX) to meet the Rams in a 3A Region II District 11 battle on Friday, January 17. The Rams enter the battle with a record of 1-15. S & S Consolidated lost 72-24 in their recent league battle against Bells (Bells, TX)
The Bulldogs now own a 3-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Leonard for a 3A Region II District 11 battle on Friday, January 17. Howe will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 59-21 league loss to Gunter (Gunter, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 17-13.
