The Braswell Bengals (Little Elm, TX) basketball crushed the host Little Elm Lobos (Little Elm, TX), 54-27 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Bengals now possess a 26-2 record. They play next when they host Lewisville for a 6A Region I District 5 bout on Friday, January 17. Braswell will play a Farmers team coming off a 82-44 league loss to Marcus (Flower Mound, TX). The Farmers record now stands at 13-14.

With the loss, Little Elm falls to 6-20 on the campaign. The Lobos travel to Flower Mound (Flower Mound, TX) to play the Jaguars in a 6A Region I District 5 bout on Friday, January 17. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 25-2. Flower Mound lost 43-42 in their recent league bout against Guyer (Denton, TX)
