The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Comanche Indians (Comanche, TX) and the host Breckenridge Buckaroos (Breckenridge, TX), observed Comanche's basketball team overwhelm Breckenridge by a margin of 74-28.

The Indians (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Eastland (Eastland, TX). The Mavericks come into the 3A Region I District 8 challenge with a 8-12 record. In their last challenge, Eastland trounced Peaster (Peaster, TX), 47-30, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Buckaroos battle the Tolar Rattlers (Tolar, TX) in a 3A Region I District 8 challenge, on Friday, January 17. Breckenridge will attempt to better on its 2-24 season record. The Rattlers come into the challenge with a 18-8 record after their 73-29 league win over Dublin (Dublin, TX).
